The support team and services

The support team is based in Sweden and Norway, and gives support in local Scandinavian languages as well as English.

The team offers support to our customers all day of the year between the hours of 06:00 to 22:00 CET.

Element WMS

The support team gives the customer all relevant support on our WMS system.

In addition, they can help out with changes in the system setup, upgrades etc.

The team consists of persons with long experience of the product and support services.

AutoStore

The support team gives the customer all relevant support on AutoStore. They are the expert resource for the customer’s super users.

When a service technician on site is required, the support team is the link to initiate the need, with the correct level of priority and information on what needs to be done.
