Element Logic are currently looking for Design & Consulting Manager who is seeking new challenges in an international environment. The position reports to Sales Director Norway and is part of Sales.

  • Overall responsible for D&C team in Norway – you support both sales teams, and you are responsible for sales to new and existing customers
  • Run and develop the department, customers, and employees according to Element Logic’s mission, vision, and values
  • Secure sales processes with the best possible D&C
  • Owner of MasterData
  • Run monthly data analysis from all existing customers and prepare KAMs monthly meetings with customers
  • Use and develop our use of CRM

Desired skills and experience:

  • Commercial mindset and well-documented sales expertise
  • Technical insights of intra logistical automation
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Data driven and problem-solving skills
  • Already an expert in eManager, technical Design or Analytics
  • English and Norwegian professional working proficiency, both oral and written
