To empower Element Logic on its growth journey and encounter rapid changes in the organization and in the markets, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic global project manager to join our Group Delivery team. You will be assigned to lead larger and/or complex projects to create and develop structure, support a learning culture, and pursue continuous improvements.

Typical areas of responsibility and major work tasks:

  • Overall responsible for our global customers in the project execution phase
  • Support Sales and Design & Consulting in sales processes with global customers and prepare for Delivery
  • Manage global projects through all project phases:
    – Planning and coordinating services and resources, initiating and follow-up projects through local or group resources
    – Making sure the project is compliant with quality, cost and timing
    – Technical and commercial adaptation of project changes during the project
    – Monitoring supplier performance and reporting project progress and gaps
    – Documentation and hand-over to Aftermarket
  • Contact person for all project-relevant topics during the installation phase up to and including delivery
  • Improve and implement standard guidelines and tools for Delivery overall
  • Improve efficiency in Supplier and supply chain management

We are searching for a Global Project Manager that has strong communication skills, business orientation and ability to deliver as expected. These factors are critical to succeed in this role. The right candidate has relevant project management experience with large and complex projects.

To succeed in the role, you have:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business, economy , strategy, logistics or the like
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant and transferable experience and expertise from project management role
  • Experience from large projects, preferably with configuration and integration of software solutions
  • Experience in managing complex projects on large scale, with several different external and internal resources and managing stakeholders
  • Competence in LEAN and experience from working with continuous improvement and development.
  • Experience and interest from warehousing and logistics is an advantage
  • The dedication to thrive in an organisation that is fast-paced and in continuous growth
  • Good English skills orally and in writing. Knowledge in German and/or a Scandinavian language is an advantage
