Element Logic is a warehouse automation solution operator in the European market. Our industry is experiencing continued double digital growth over the towards 2025. Growth is driven by strong underlying fundamentals as performance requirements and cost increasingly put manual operations under pressure, while demand for e-commerce continues to increase exponentially.

We are looking for a customer-oriented solution architect in the global team. You will report to the Group Project Director and be part of the Group Delivery organization and work closely with the countries and their pool of solutions architects. You will primarily work with our global customers located all over Europe and ultimately all over the world. Location is flexible but travelling is an essential part of the role.

As a Group Solution Architect at Element Logic, you work especially close with group R&D, Sales and Support teams with a focus on integrating multinational customers and supporting our emerging countries in software installation best practices. You will be responsible for proactively developing customers’ processes around their Autostore installation and ensure that they get the most out of our software in order to achieve the best possible optimisation of their solutions.

Currently, our software portfolio consists of eManager, eController and eOperator.

Key tasks:

  • Manage our integration solutions for our multinational customers.
    – Develop the customer’s warehousing processes and necessary integrations in collaboration with the customer.
    – Own the overall integration strategy for the customer, including knowledge of site-by-site customisations
    – Install, configure, and document SW installations, either personally or through the local Element Logic organization
  • Contribute to internal quality assurance processes and our customer journey framework
  • Supporting our emerging countries in software installation best practices
  • Development of group ownership of eManager installation and integration

Skills and background:

  • University education or equivalent education in IT / logistics / automation
  • Experience with MS SQL and databases, preferable xml and Json
  • Good knowledge of Windows (installation, services, networks) IIS, Azure
  • Experience with installation / configuration / testing of software systems and Rest API
  • Experience with implementing processes and best practice
  • Project management skills
  • Good understanding of logistics processes
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
