Warehouse Automation Sales Manager

The successful candidate will achieve new business sales through the use of a consultative solutions sales approach and provide customer bespoke solutions based on the standard AutoStore modules and Element Logics software.

The role of Warehouse Automation Sales Manager is to deliver sales in Spain and Portugal. The successful candidate will achieve new business sales through the use of a consultative solutions sales approach and provide customer bespoke solutions based on the standard AutoStore modules and Element Logics software. The remit of this role starts with defining key market sectors, educating and developing the market right through to closing new business sales based on Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership models. The success of this role will be measured against delivered new business project sales compared to agreed revenue and margin budgets.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop profitable customer relationships.
  • Create the sales results according to the agreed plans.
  • The execution of the sales process and all sales activities within the company.
  • Engaging positively with colleagues to generate creative solutions
  • Ensuring all administration for sales is completed efficiently.
  • Reporting on progress towards sales KPI’s.
  • Working to maximize customer value in the sales process.
  • Liaising with other departments within the company.
  • Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales.
  • Arranging to attend industry conferences and events.
