Malhotra steps into the role immediately, succeeding Dag-Adler Blakseth, who co-founded the company nearly 40 years ago and who is stepping back from the day-to-day operations after 30 years at the helm.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-dekode-post-date\"><span class=\"date-published\">Published <time datetime=\"2024-08-27T09:00:00+02:00\">August 27, 2024 09:00<\/time><\/span> <\/div>\n\n\n<p>Blakseth who has been a driving force behind Element Logic\u2019s growth, will now transition to the role of Chairman of the Board. Blakseth expresses his confidence in Malhotra\u2019s ability to guide the company into its next phase of global expansion. \u201cAnkush Malhotra is the right person to lead the company forward in what will be a significant global endeavour,\u201d says Blakseth.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malhotra is based in London and brings relevant experience from his 18 years at Danaher\/Fortive\/Fluke.
