By using it on a daily basis we have been able to increase employee productivity, which in turn has led to lower staff costs\u00bb adds Geir Nielsen, Logistics Director at XXL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"up-to-650-bins-per-hour\"><strong>Up to 650 bins per hour<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The new RelayPort consists of an ergonomic work station with 2-6 buffer modules that feeds the operator continuously with bins. With all buffer modules and Black Line Robots, it can handle up to 650 bins per hour. It took about a week for them to assemble and set up the workstation, which included one Touch module and three Tab modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"close-to-100-uptime\"><strong>Close to 100% uptime<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>XXL\u2019s sports retailer\u2019s 32.000 m<sup>2<\/sup>&nbsp;in Norway needs to run efficiently and consistently to ensure that orders get delivered on time. The same goes for their 60.000 m<sup>2<\/sup>&nbsp;omni logistics center in Sweden, which serves the entire European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abWe\u2019ve been very pleased with the consistency.
