\u00d6ssur\u00a0Europe B.V., a global provider of medical devices and orthopedic solutions, is partnering with Element Logic. Through this collaboration,\u00a0\u00d6ssur\u00a0aims to further strengthen its healthcare logistics operations in the Netherlands.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

The project is part of \u00d6ssur\u2019s ongoing efforts to optimise and streamline its distribution processes, and it also aligns with Element Logic\u2019s continued focus on the healthcare sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From its site in Eindhoven, \u00d6ssur distributes a broad product portfolio, including braces and prosthetics, across the EMEA region. To further support these logistics operations, \u00d6ssur selected Element Logic as its automation partner following following a thorough evaluation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting healthcare logistics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Healthcare logistics places high demands on reliability, accuracy, and operational continuity. For organisations in this sector, well-organised warehouse processes are essential to ensure product availability and consistent service levels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this investment, \u00d6ssur is creating room for future growth through an automation project focused on creating stable and controlled logistics processes within its existing warehouse environment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After evaluating several options for warehouse expansion and automation, \u00d6ssur selected the AutoStore solution and Element Logic as its partner to further strengthen warehouse operations. AutoStore\u2019s cube-based grid system enables \u00d6ssur to make better use of available warehouse space while increasing order-picking accuracy. The system also provides the flexibility and scalability needed to support future growth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sustainability is also an important priority for \u00d6ssur. The solution from Element Logic combines low energy consumption with high storage density, helping \u00d6ssur avoid further building expansion while maintaining efficient operations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Local execution supported by international experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The project will be delivered by Element Logic\u2019s local Benelux team in close collaboration with \u00d6ssur\u2019s organisation. This approach ensures short communication lines and strong operational alignment, while allowing Element Logic to apply its international automation experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution is based on an AutoStore system, complemented by a conveyor setup delivered and integrated by Element Logic, supported by Element Logic\u2019s eManager software. The installation includes 26,270 bin locations, 12 AutoStore robots, and four ports for picking and decanting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t\t
