The e-commerce entrepreneurs Joel Falck and Anton Malmberg have had quite a journey since they started KitchenTime three years ago. With the help from Element Logic they took control over their intralogistics.<\/p>\n\n\n

As one of the leading Nordic suppliers of home-products, KitchenTime offer 70 000 products to more than 250 000 customers in the Nordic countries. However, they needed help to increase their efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A brand new warehouse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

KitchenTime had a third-party logistics set-up when they decided to rethink the efficiency of their warehouse. In order to increase the efficiency further, Element Logic participated in the process of automating a new warehouse from scratch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new warehouse of 5 000 m2 located in Eskilstuna now features an AutoStore\u00ae\u00a0<\/strong>system<\/a> with room for 35 000 bins. Element Logic also delivered all manual racking for goods not stored in AutoStore, and the entire intralogistics processes were managed by Element WCS\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set-up for future growth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Element Logic\u2019s solutions for automated warehouse operations now makes it possible for KithenTime to further scale up their business in the upcoming years. The AutoStore\u00ae <\/strong>installation with Element WCS\u00ae provides a solid set-up for greater long-term capacity, contributing to both scalability and more efficient processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to optimising their warehouse performance, the new automated warehouse system<\/a> provides the ability to manage seasonal changes peaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t\t
