FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – LOS ANGELES & MONTREAL, June 3rd, 2024 –  Element Logic is thrilled to announce the launch of its “Picking Superstars” contest, honoring the extraordinary contributions of employees in its Distribution Centers. The contest, running from June 3rd to July 3rd, 2024, aims to recognize and celebrate the dedication, resilience, and outstanding performance of DC employees who have gone above and beyond. 

Over the past few years, Distribution Centers have faced unprecedented challenges, requiring employees to adapt quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining high standards of service. Throughout it all, many employees have demonstrated exceptional commitment, teamwork, and innovation, making a significant impact on their colleagues and the company. 

“The ‘Picking Superstars’ contest is our way of showing appreciation for the remarkable efforts of your employees,” Krish Nathan, CEO at Element Logic, said. “We want to shine a spotlight on those individuals who have truly exemplified positive values and made a difference in the lives of their coworkers and the company.” 

During the contest period, June 3rd, 2024, to July 3rd, 2024, employees will have the opportunity to nominate their peers who they believe deserve recognition for their outstanding contributions. Nominations can be submitted through the company’s official nomination form, highlighting the exceptional qualities and achievements of the nominee. 

At the conclusion of the contest, we will review the nominations and select the top performers. Ten finalists will each receive a $500 gift card as a token of appreciation, with one grand prize winner receiving $5,000 and treating their team to a well-deserved lunch!
