Element Logic is Celebrating Exceptional Employees with \u201cPicking Superstars\u201d!<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n

Congratulations to our Picking Superstars winner \u2013 Patrick Coon from Dillard\u2019s Inc!

Patrick has been with Dillard\u2019s Fulfillment Center in Arkansas from day 1, taking great pride in working on and learning about their Joey Pouch System. His colleagues recognize him as their \u201cgo-to\u201d for any mechanical issues they may face \u2013 even going as far as crowning Patrick the \u201cJoey-guru\u201d!

His coworkers let us know that Patrick is always a team player and willing to do what it takes to get the work done. Whether that be coming in early, working late, or stepping up to help however or whenever it is needed. No matter what needs to be done \u2013 Patrick is their man.

Dillard\u2019s is incredibly proud to have an amazing young man like Patrick in their ranks and, from the many submissions we received, we can see why!

Again, a massive CONGRATULATIONS to Patrick for all his hard work! A big thank you to the co-workers and community that submitted him to Picking Superstars!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE\u202f<\/strong>\u2013\u202fLOS ANGELES & MONTREAL, June 3rd, 2024 \u2013\u202f<\/strong> Element Logic is thrilled to announce the launch of its \u201cPicking Superstars\u201d contest, honoring the extraordinary contributions of employees in its Distribution Centers. The contest, running from June 3rd to July 3rd, 2024, aims to recognize and celebrate the dedication, resilience, and outstanding performance of DC employees who have gone above and beyond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past few years, Distribution Centers have faced unprecedented challenges, requiring employees to adapt quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining high standards of service. Throughout it all, many employees have demonstrated exceptional commitment, teamwork, and innovation, making a significant impact on their colleagues and the company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe \u2018Picking Superstars\u2019 contest is our way of showing appreciation for the remarkable efforts of your employees,\u201d Krish Nathan, CEO at Element Logic, said. \u201cWe want to shine a spotlight on those individuals who have truly exemplified positive values and made a difference in the lives of their coworkers and the company.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the contest period, June 3rd, 2024, to July 3rd, 2024, employees will have the opportunity to nominate their peers who they believe deserve recognition for their outstanding contributions. Nominations can be submitted through the company\u2019s official nomination form, highlighting the exceptional qualities and achievements of the nominee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the conclusion of the contest, we will review the nominations and select the top performers.\u202fTen finalists<\/strong>\u202fwill each receive a\u202f$500 gift card<\/strong>\u202fas a token of appreciation, with\u202fone grand prize winner<\/strong>\u202freceiving\u202f$5,000<\/strong>\u202fand treating their team to a well-deserved lunch! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
