Element Logic is proud to announce the acquisition of ABCO Systems, a leading U.S.-based system integrator. This strategic acquisition marks a big step forward in Element Logic’s mission to revolutionize warehouse performance worldwide and significantly expands the company’s presence across the U.S. market.

A proven automation partner

Headquartered in Carlstadt – New Jersey, ABCO Systems – previously owned by The Zaf Group – has spent over two decades earning a reputation as a trusted partner for businesses seeking scalable material handling solutions. Known for their excellence in designing and delivering racking, pick mezzanines, and shelving systems, ABCO has over the last years grown their portfolio to include entry- and mid-level automation offerings. Their team of approximately 50 professionals, led by CEO Seth Weisberg, brings a track record of agility, customer-centricity, and technical expertise.

This acquisition aligns perfectly with Element Logic’s long-term strategy to broaden its diverse technology portfolio and serve as a full-spectrum automation partner to drive customer success.

“This acquisition is a significant milestone in our journey to revolutionize warehouse performance worldwide. ABCO’s strong market position, deep domain and industry expertise and customer-centric approach make them a perfect fit. Together, this gives us the scale to be a full-spectrum automation partner in the Americas and bring world class innovation solutions to the market and our customer base. We are delighted to have the ABCO team join the Element Logic family,” says Ankush Malhotra, Group CEO at Element Logic

From AutoStore pioneer to full-spectrum innovator

The acquisition reflects Element Logic’s long-term strategy to broaden its technology portfolio and transition to a full-spectrum warehouse automation platform. This includes combining advanced robotics, software, and consulting services with static systems such as racking and mezzanines.

“This is more than an acquisition – it is a perfect fit. ABCO’s strong commercial presence, complementary solutions, and customer-first approach are fully aligned with our values. By combining our strengths, we are empowering customers to optimize performance through holistic warehouse automation solutions that scale with their needs.” Krish Nathan, CEO – Element Logic Americas

With ABCO now part of the Element Logic family, the company is well-positioned to accelerate growth in North America – the largest and most under-automated logistics market in the world.

Strengthening a trusted partnership

Element Logic and ABCO have previously collaborated on successful automation projects, and this acquisition deepens that relationship. The integration will be seamless for existing customers, who will continue to work with their current ABCO contacts while gaining access to Element Logic’s expanded suite of services – including AutoStore, robotic piece picking, advanced warehouse software, and broad service offerings.

“Element Logic and ABCO creates a unique company within the industry. Very few systems integrators have the ability to implement a full turn-key solution which includes anything from storage to platforms to automation and everything in between. Most have to farm out various aspects of any given project. Element Logic now has the ability to do individual solutions in brownfield buildings if that is what is required, or an entire greenfield solution.” Seth Weisberg, CEO – ABCO Systems.

This acquisition is a tangible example of Element Logic’s strategy to grow in the Americas, which prioritizes local expertise, long-term partnerships, and innovation-led growth. By uniting two organizations with a passion for warehouse performance and customer success, the combined team is ready to unlock new possibilities in a rapidly evolving market.

As both companies move forward under a shared vision, this milestone marks more than just expansion. It is about strengthening a global network, maximizing warehouse efficiency, and continuing to push the boundaries of what’s possible in intralogistics.
