Hillman Group and Element Logic are partnering on Hillman’s new Cincinnati distribution center, combining automation expertise and close collaboration to support long-term operational growth.

The project reflects a close collaboration between the two organizations, built on a shared commitment to thoughtful planning, operational excellence, and long-term partnership. Since the earliest stages of facility planning, teams from Hillman and Element Logic have worked together to develop an approach aligned with Hillman’s business objectives and operational requirements.

Founded in 1964 and headquartered in Cincinnati, Hillman has grown into a leading provider of hardware-related products and solutions serving customers across North America. As the company planned for its new distribution center, it sought a partner capable of supporting the project from concept through implementation.

Element Logic was selected for its experience delivering complex automation projects and its collaborative approach to solution development. Together, the companies have spent more than two years planning and designing the facility, bringing together expertise from across operations, engineering, project management, and supply chain teams.
