Pride is about being yourself every day

At Element Logic, Pride Month is a moment to celebrate diversity, but also a reminder of something we work on all year round: creating a workplace where people feel they can be themselves.

Across our offices, Pride is marked in different ways from local events to small everyday conversations. What they have in common is a simple message: you belong here.

For us, diversity, equity, and inclusion are not stand-alone initiatives. They are part of how we build teams, how we collaborate, and how we grow as a company. We believe that when people feel safe to be themselves, they contribute more openly and bring different perspectives that strengthen how we work together.

This is also reflected in how our employees describe Element Logic as a workplace.

Feedback from our most recent Great Place to Work survey shows strong results for fairness across different backgrounds and identities. Employees also highlight that they feel welcomed from day one and can be themselves at work.

That matters to us, because a great workplace is not only about what we deliver, but about how people experience being part of it.

At the same time, we know we are not finished. Building an inclusive culture is something that requires continuous attention. It is shaped in everyday actions: in how we listen to each other, how we involve different perspectives, and how we make sure every voice is heard.

Our values help guide us in this work:

Being brave means challenging bias and standing up for what is right.
Being passionate means appreciating the differences that make us stronger and staying curious about each other’s perspectives.
Being reliable means creating an environment where people feel supported, safe, and valued.

Pride Month gives us an opportunity to reflect on how we are doing – and what we can do better. It is something we build every day together.

Because at Element Logic, the goal is simple: that everyone who works here feels they can be in their element.
