Maintenance
Keeping Your System Running Smoothly
Maintenance as Part of Your Success Journey
Maintenance is not just about fixing problems — it is a core part of how Element Logic supports your long-term warehouse performance. As a pillar of our Customer Success program, our maintenance service ensures your automated warehouse systems remain reliable, efficient, and ready for what comes next.
Proactive & Planned Maintenance
From the moment your system goes live, our proactive service team works with you to establish a maintenance schedule tailored to your operations.
We perform regular inspections, cleaning, replacements, and preventative tasks on all critical components — robots, grid, conveyor systems, software and controls. These planned maintenance intervals are designed to prevent wear and tear from becoming downtime.
We carefully schedule maintenance to avoid disruptions, coordinating with your team so that peak periods are respected and operations continue smoothly.

System Health Monitoring & Wear-and-Tear Detection
With software such as eLogiq for system health monitoring, we track key indicators like robotics behavior, motor performance, belt tension, component wear, and system load.
This continuous monitoring allows us to detect early warnings: parts degrading, abnormal patterns, sensors drifting, etc. When issues are flagged, our team steps in with adjustments or interventions before they become failures.

Predictive Maintenance & Reliability Improvements
We do more than respond. We predict.
Using historical data, sensor input, and trend analysis, our maintenance program includes predictive maintenance efforts:
Predicting robot or drive-system failures
Anticipating conveyor or sortation belt maintenance before slippage or misalignment causes issues
Detecting grid anomalies, energy inefficiencies, or component fatigue
The result is fewer unexpected interruptions, improved uptime, extended component lifespan, and more reliable throughput.
Minimizing Disruption, Maximizing Lifespan
We know that any maintenance activity has costs — lost production, scheduling, resource allocation. That is why our maintenance service is designed to minimize disruption and maximize lifespan:
- Timing maintenance during low-activity periods whenever possible
- Using spare-part inventories to ensure fast replacements
- Coordinated access so robot grid or conveyor access does not halt critical operations
- Clear communication and planning with your operations team
Additionally, maintenance is part of our regular review meetings under Customer Success, so we adjust based on your peak seasons, growth plans, and changing usage patterns.
Why Element Logic Maintenance Matters
- Uptime: Fewer breakdowns. More reliable operations.
- Lower cost of ownership: Regular servicing reduces the rate of component failure and prolongs system life.
- Consistent performance: Your system maintains throughput, accuracy, and consistency over time.
- Scalability and readiness: The system remains capable of handling capacity growth, new product types, or usage shifts without unexpected failures.
Get Started with Maintenance Together
Maintenance is not optional — it is essential for long-term performance, reliability, and cost control.
