How the Corona virus (Covid-19) impacts our business

With regard to the unprecedented challenge of responding to the Corona virus (Covid-19), we in Element Logic want to be as proactive and committed as possible towards our customers, suppliers, partners and employees. 

As the CEO of Element Logic, I would like to inform you that we are actively and continuously monitoring the Covid-19 outbreak, fully in line with local and national Authorities, public health recommendations and WHO guidelines. Our policies reflect those of the country Authority in the markets where we operate. 

It is of highly importance to Element Logic to take an extended responsibility and contribute to the overall public health, and as a precautionary measure to limit the contagion of Covid-19 as much as we possibly can, our employees are working from home to the greatest extent.   

At the same time, we will strive to fulfill our commitments to our customers.

How does this impact you as a customer? 

Element Logic operates with sophisticated technology which allows us to maintain our primarily business operations. The majority of our support functions are online-based and we have access to everything we need in order to deliver our software support and ensure helpdesk obligations to our customers.   

The services requiring the on-site presence of our technical staff and/or assembly teams in charge of building our systems in our customers’ warehouse, may in one way or the other be affected. For impacted customers, our staff will remain in close contact and dialogue to find the best solutions. It is crucial for us to have a transparent and proactive communication with our customers.   

Our Delivery and Service departments will work with each customer to maintain project progress and continuous operations.

Until the Covid-19 outbreak is under control, all our external and internal meetings and overall communication will be conducted by video, conference call, phone, chat or e-mail. Our online customer and support services will not be affected by these measures and will run as normal.  

We are monitoring the situation very closely and have solid contingency plans. We will follow up with customers as the situation develops.
